Diagnose, trouble shooting and resolve technical hardware problems
Effectively answer, prioritize and escalate customer technical issues.
Work closely with Sales team on customer feedback
Provide onsite support.
Requirements:-
Minimum Diploma in mechanical engineering, electronic & electrical engineering, or a similar field.
1-2 years' experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong vocational/hands on electrical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Aggressive and hardworking. Candidate must be a fast learner and can carry out instructions quickly.
Required Language(s): English
Possess own transportation and willing to travel
