Position Title : Technical Trainer

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM3,000 - RM5,000

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Developing training documents and training kits

\xc2\xb7 Preparation of practical and theory exam for apprentices

\xc2\xb7 Supervisor for Final-Year Project or Apprentices

\xc2\xb7 Assessment / Evaluation of Apprentice Performance

\xc2\xb7 Refreshment theory classes for electrical/electronic related topics

\xc2\xb7 Internal staff training

\xc2\xb7 Electrical and mechanical assembly of modules

\xc2\xb7 Perform quality check on own assembled and wiring of modules

\xc2\xb7 Initial operation and alignment of machine related modules

\xc2\xb7 Perform test according to VDE regulations

\xc2\xb7 Monitoring and guiding of Apprentices behavior and performance

\xc2\xb7 Other tasks given by superior

Requirement

\xc2\xb7 Degree in Mechatronics / Electronic / Electrical engineering

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years working experience in related field

\xc2\xb7 Able to speak, read and write English

\xc2\xb7 Pro-active; willing to learn and pro-active in improvements

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge in machines and internal procedures

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work under stress in strict time schedules

\xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate effectively with subordinates and supervisor
