We will serve our customers\' needs and will consistently produce and ensure customer satisfaction of lasting value to the community. We are looking for a Technical Writer to author, edit, and review software product documentation. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work with internal resources, interview software developers / product owners, and attend engineering meetings to gather, write, and publish technical information for our varied audiences. You\xe2\x80\x99ll produce a variety of top quality learning materials such as technical documentation, infographics, or training videos. Responsibilities

• Document our current and intended systems and RunCloud software architecture.
• Creates documentation and education materials to boost user experience on a digital platform that may come in the form of user guides, integration guides, developer guides, (API documentation), in-platform instructions, installation/configuration instructions and system operations
• Make sure that production and publication of content are technically accurate, well-written, and easily understandable
• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
• Build and update the knowledge base for internal reference or customer
• Able to explain complex products work through simple and easy-to-understand language
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
• To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree Computer Science, Communications or related disciplines equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Technical Writer or in a related job role.
• Able to communicate well with the development, product and other teams and quickly grasp the product knowledge.
• Strong written and presentation skills in English
• Open-minded, quick learner, able to solve problems in a complex system
• Team Player, good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to explain concepts clearly, planning and organization, knowledge of software and computers.
• Familiarity with web technologies, web hosting and cloud computing is a plus.

Job Type: Permanent Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
