This position will be responsible for writing documentation for software and services. A critical part of the role is a desire to understand the product inside and out. To that end, you will work closely with our product development team and become an expert in our product functionality. You will participate in our agile process, including regular stand-ups and sprint reviews. You will learn every feature from the time of its conception through its release and customer deployment.Qualifications:Passionate about ensuring customer success, you possess robust writing and communication skills, adept at simplifying complex topics into engaging content. Actively seeking innovative ways to convey product information, you scour the internet for inspiration and learn from industry leaders. Familiar with industry best practices, you aspire to develop unique strategies. Understanding the "why" of documentation drives your approach, going beyond feature listings to grasp how customers utilize products, thereby crafting more meaningful documentation.Minimum Requirements:2+ years of experience as a content writer or a related field for a software company.Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Mass Communication or any other related field with excellent communication skills.Experience with a CRM system (Salesforce preferred).Experience creating documentation for developers.Experience in topic-based authoring and information typing.A portfolio of outstanding documentation samples.Strong work ethic, initiative, and drive.Interest and ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.Ability to meet with colleagues in different time zones.Preferred Skills:
