Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,500
Location: 16 Jalan Bulan U5/168, Bandar Pinggiran Subang, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor

1) Coordinate and execute event setups such as TV shows, live programs, and fixed installations
2) Handle logistics including venue setup, equipment rental, transportation, and manpower arrangement
3) Liaise with clients to gather requirements and provide updates on event progress
4) Collaborate with the technical team to ensure equipment and installation meet event needs
5) Conduct site inspections and provide on-site support during event setup and execution
6) Monitor event timelines and resolve issues promptly during events
7) Assist in preparing event-related documents and reports (schedules, checklists, quotations, etc.)
8) Ensure post-event wrap-up including equipment return and feedback collection

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1) Diploma in Event Management, Mass Communication, or related field
2) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; event coordination experience is an advantage
3) Good organizational and multitasking skills
4) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
5) Strong communication and teamwork abilities
6) Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when required
