Technician / Senior Technician (Facilities) - Full Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Technician to support facility maintenance operations across clinic branches. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and reporting to ensure all facilities remain safe, functional, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend and resolve facility maintenance issues (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, civil, carpentry, and general repairs). Perform monthly preventive maintenance (AC servicing, pest control follow-up, cleaning coordination). Conduct routine inspections for security systems (CCTV, alarms) and facility safety. Manage tools, spare parts, and maintenance inventory with accurate monthly reconciliation. Coordinate vendors for repair, servicing, and quotation follow-ups. Support branch setup, relocation, and renovation works. Ensure compliance with safety rules and proper PPE usage at all times. Prepare and submit incident reports and monthly maintenance summaries on time.

Requirements (Summary):

Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities or technical maintenance. Background in electrical, air-conditioning, civil, or related technical fields. Able to troubleshoot independently and work hands-on. Willing to travel between branches and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
