Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARYTo perform operation & maintenance task to:-

• Ensure maintenance service availability is according to Service Level Agreement
• Ensure respond time according to Service Level Agreement
• Aware and implement IMS Requirement
• Usage of Personel Protective Equipment

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Perform preventive; predicative; corrective and periodic maintenance
• Carry out daily operation and maintenance works and ensure promptly respond to the maintenance repair request or breakdown notice in accordance to the priority and response time
• Record and feedback all the maintenance & repair request to Help Desk and Supervisor
• To record and compile all maintenance checklist and daily report
• To record and compile all the equipment maintenance report
• To implement other team if required PPM or major breakdown.
• To comply work quality as per ISO 9001/ISO14001/OHSAS 18001 Integrated Management System (IMS) standard practices.
• To implement 5's policies in all plant room/workplace
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior or management representative

Key Challenges

• Hands-on skills in facilities maintenance
• Hands-on experience in Preventive Maintenance, Routine and Breakdown Maintenance work
• Ability to trouble-shoot electrical / mechanical problems
• To complete task in timely and fast manner
• Respond the complaint within 10 minutes

Skills

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude to work, willingness to learn, share and take instructions
• Knowledge in facilities maintenance in operation and maintenance
• Knowledge in M&E building services
• Self-starter with minimal supervision
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good communication skill
• Computer literate is added advantage

Education

• Diploma Engineering/Technical or;
• SPM/SPMV or STPM with SKM/MLVK or;
• SPM or SPMV

Relevant IndustriesExternal

• Fresh graduated Diploma in Engineering/Technical or;
• SPM/SPMV or STPM with SKM/MLVK (level II) or PW2 Certificate with a minimum of 1-2 years related working experience or;
• SPM/SPMV with a minimum of 5 years of related working experience.
