Duties and Responsibilities

1. Performs preventive maintenance, adjustments, and basic repairs on both pneumatically controlled and digitally controlled HVAC systems.

2. Performs seasonal overhauls and transitions of systems to and from heating/cooling.

3. Participates in major component replacement and evaluation of complex system problems under the leadership of higher level technicians.

4. Performs building system repairs in coordination with operators of the centralized Energy Management and Control System.

5. Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.

6. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements

Certificate/Diploma in HVAC Willing to work on shift in plant environment - Pharmaceutical is a plus Able to work with minimum supervision Team worker with good interpersonal and communication skill Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Knowledge of HVAC installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance. Knowledge of basic HVAC systems troubleshooting, maintenance and repair. Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade. Ability to repair building systems that are controlled by a central Energy Management Control System (EMCS). Knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures for digitally controlled HVAC systems featuring programmable logic controls. Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 30 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
