• Candidates must at least posses Diploma level
• Experience in servicing and maintenance air-conditioning & electrical will be advantage

• To ensure building facilities are maintained at high standards.
• Perform preventive and breakdown technical support maintenance for building services, mechanical, electrical, facilities equipment and other associated building maintenance work such as miscellaneous repairs of doors windows etc.
• Maintain assigned equipment in proper working order.
• Maintain a proper inventory of equipment, supplies, and other necessary items required to perform duties assigned.
