The Role: Technician, Maintenance
In this role you will:
- Maintain process equipment in effective manner for all production equipment
- Maintain adequate supply of spare parts within budget to ensure minimal process downtime
- Identify & perform PM needs & maintain record of every activity
- Participate as team player on company activities such as training, improvement projects.
- Abide to safety guidelines
- Keep working area clean & safety
- Able to work in shift pattern, & able to attend call back
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
- High school or Vocational with Machine Certificate or equivalent
- Minimum two-year work related experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience, or demonstrated capability to perform the duties of the job.
- PC literate (Microsoft application ) Words, Excel, Power Point
- Strong knowledge in PLC programming. Ability to diagnose/make correction for equipment fault. (Knowledge in following PLC\xe2\x80\x99s: Allen Bradley/Siemens/Mitsubishi)
- Ability to interpret complex mechanical drawing, pneumatic drawing & electrical drawing
- Communication (Verbal and Written)
