Description:
In this position you will be responsible for incoming materials quality control, perform quality issue root cause analysis, quality improvement, excursion prevention, and support materials change control activities.
Specific duties include: -

• Monitor and Drive incoming materials quality, supplier improvements, and establish BKM.
• Analyze and Identify potential problem sources, formulate recovery plans and drive plans to prevent future occurrences.
• Partner with factory and site wide system improvements.
• Actively support and participate as Materials contact in factory Task Forces.
• Maintain constant contact with customer tool owner engineers and managers to proactively work issues and opportunities to ensure customer is fully informed and confident with game plan.
• Evaluate site CSI data, create indicator reports, and formulate reliability plans for the site.
• Consistently review material inspection techniques and methods.
• Support change control activities from understanding change notification from suppliers or internal factory driven changes, data analysis and updating indicator. It will also include data pull from IHS tool.

Qualifications:

• You must possess a Diploma in Materials, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of working experience in Mechanical/Electronic/Manufacturing/Material field.
• Possess strong analytical problem solving skills.
• Ability to work well in teams with other engineers.
• View as coaching item not a qualification.
• Display enthusiasm and promote a friendly group working environment
• Ability to plan, prioritize and set goals
• Ability to use a win-win approach to resolve disagreement
• Ability to stay objective and fair when dealing with sensitive situations
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and control systems
• Highly motivated self starter with the ability to understand Technical and complex problems

• Experience with Excel, database entry.

Working Hours : 8am-5.30pm

Working Days : Mon - Fri
