Description: In this position you will be responsible for incoming materials quality control, perform quality issue root cause analysis, quality improvement, excursion prevention, and support materials change control activities. Specific duties include: - . Monitor and Drive incoming materials quality, supplier improvements, and establish BKM. . Analyze and Identify potential problem sources, formulate recovery plans and drive plans to prevent future occurrences. . Partner with factory and site wide system improvements. . Actively support and participate as Materials contact in factory Task Forces. . Maintain constant contact with customer tool owner engineers and managers to proactively work issues and opportunities to ensure customer is fully informed and confident with game plan. . Evaluate site CSI data, create indicator reports, and formulate reliability plans for the site. . Consistently review material inspection techniques and methods. . Support change control activities from understanding change notification from suppliers or internal factory driven changes, data analysis and updating indicator. It will also include data pull from IHS tool. Qualifications: . You must possess a Diploma in Materials, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. . 0-3 years of working experience in Mechanical/Electronic/Manufacturing/Material field. . Possess strong analytical problem solving skills. . Ability to work well in teams with other engineers. . View as coaching item not a qualification. .
