Job Summary: To assist the Head, Take Over Unit and to witness the inspection for handing over the process of the water supply system conducted by a consultant according to technical guidelines and Water Service Industry Rule 2014 1) Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to witness the inspection for handing over process of water supply system conducted by consultant according to technical guideline and Water Service Industry Rule 2014.
• Accountable to be properly guided and involved in hydrostatic testing works, to ensure that testing is completed in accordance with prescribed information prior to hydrostatic pressure tests being carried out for all packages.
• Responsible to inspect and process on new meter application for individual application and construction supply according to regulatory requirement and within the stipulated time as stated in SOP.
• Responsible to review the documentation relevant to the system and ensures the systems are constructed in accordance with the prescribed information- drawings, specifications and approvals.
• Responsible to interface with equipment, piping, instrumentation, civil structure and field engineer before proceeding for hydrostatic pressure tests of the systems.
• Responsible to coordinate with project manager and consultant and supervise the preparation of tests activity to ensure all deficiencies and identified and punch lists are prepared.
• Responsible to comply with the highest level of safety during all stages of inspections and complies with all statutory requirements connected with the inspections and testing.
• Responsible to communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information and to attend meetings with authorities and take on other duties as instructed by superiors
• To always wear and use Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) provide by the Company during office working hours. Also always ensure the safety of self and others are secured and to co-operate and make sure all safety, health and environment requirements are met.
• To do any other duties per management instruction as needed or required.

• maintained in good working conditions.
• Aware and understand the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of information assets under your custodian.
• Aware and understand the whistle-blower policy and carry out daily job activity with full integrity

Minimum Requirements:

• Recognised Diploma in Technical Engineering (Civil / Mechanical)
• Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in site supervision.
• Thorough knowledge of construction and inspection techniques, procedures, regulations, methods and tests related to water pipeline installation.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety precautions and safety regulations.
• Microsoft Word, Excel And Power Point
• Good Interpersonal and have good communication skill in malay and english.
• To ensure design of water supply system submitted by applicants meet the guidelines and economic.
