Position: Customer Service Representative
Shift: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Start Date: 5th November 2025
Openings: 10 Headcounts
Job Scope
Answer inbound calls related to customer inquiries or complaints regarding telco
Cross-sell services, for example, convincing customers to upgrade plan.
Requirements:
SPM with Credit in English & Bahasa Malaysia, and Pass in Mathematics
Don't meet the SPM criteria? You're still welcome if you have at least 2 years of strong Customer Service experience
Must be able to attend full training (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Positive attitude & excellent communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
