• SPM / Diploma / Degree in any business related field
• Sales or customer relations experience is a definite plus
• Client handling experience in the financial services sector is advantage preferably from Banking / Investment / Insurance Industry
• Fluency Indonesian with excellent oral and written English / Mandarin skills
• Reliability and integrity of character
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales person and target oriented
• Strong computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationship with prospective and existing clients
• Activate new leads and develop them to be clients of the company
• Conduct personal client analysis or "Know Your Clients" and take necessary actions
• Promote the products and provide valuable suggestion to the clients
• Contribute to the team effort by achieving targeted results
• Collaborate effectively with other colleagues / departments as necessary
