Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Conduct cold and warm calls to potential customers (B2B corporate clients or B2C consumers) to promote current IT promotions and new product launches. Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend suitable IT specifications (e.g., suggesting the right processor or RAM for a graphic designer vs. an office admin). Lead Generation: Qualify leads and set up appointments for the senior sales team (if applicable) or close sales directly over the phone. Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate contact details and call logs. Follow-up: Respond to inquiries received through the website, social media, or WhatsApp in a timely manner.
