Job Summary: We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. This position requires excellent communication and sales skills, a strong work ethic, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through phone and email to generate new business leads.
  • Qualify leads and assess customer needs to provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Accurately and efficiently enter customer data and sales orders into the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members, marketing, and product development teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
  • SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role in distributor for security solution and supporting partner.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales-related tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and mindset.
