Introduction An insurance company in KL is looking to hire Telemarketers at their Call Center. The primary purpose is responsible for customer service inquiries that have been received from external customers. Job role and responsibilities As Telemarketer, your role is to manage and close sales of the motor insurance policy with clients. Attend to all inbound calls and field questions relating to insurance policy and determine appropriate course of action. Provide online or telephone calls for Motor Insurance purchases. Provide customer service by advising customers on insurance policy matters such as endorsement,extension, etc. Take ownership of any inquiry on insurance policy and determine appropriate actions. Answer policy level requests for Motor insurance such as policy and billing, cancellation requests processing billing adjustments and refunds. Possess a Diploma qualification.
Previous experience in insurance customer service with motor insurance products.
Possess effective verbal and written communication skills is high desirable.
Work well independently and as part of team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office usage (Word, Excel, Outlook).
