Job Description


  • Min. SPM, No experience required, the company provides training. If you have relevant work experience, it will be better
  • Language proficiency in English/ Bahasa Malayu, Mandarin speaking will be added advantage.
  • Customer-orientated and good communication skills.
  • Fast learner.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities1.Generate sales and interest by promoting company\'s products, services and treatments via phone calls / message to customers.2.Achieve monthly personal sales target and team\'s target with hot leads provided by Marketing department through online advertising campaigns.3.Communicate and arrange customer appointments booking by liaising closely with outlets.4.Manage leads effectively and follow up in a timely manner.5.Utilise sales scripts and message templates provided to communicate with customers and ensure all calls/ chat meet the agreed standards and consistency.6.Preparation of personal weekly and monthly sales report.7.Build positive relationship with customers to encourage returning/ referral customers.8.Stay abreast with the products, services, promotions and treatments offered by the company as well as telesales best practices.Benefits
