Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Key Purpose of the Role:
- Qualification of account and contacts database in targeted segments. Update CRM and support compile simple reports on account and contact qualification status and customer remarks
- Enrich and update accounts and contact database.
- Basic understanding of customer workplace and MT solutions.
- Expansion of Customer Database for targeted segments by regions.
Marketing
- Qualifying database via Phone
- Updating and expansion of CRM Database
- Qualification and assigning leads
Competencies
- Good Interpersonal skill
- Good telephone and communication skills - is professional and can speak confidently over the phone
- Not afraid to talk to people from all walks of life and must enjoy speaking to people
- Customer Centric Focus
- Read and speak Basic English
- Possesses positive attitude and is results oriented - A team player
- Results Focus/Oriented to complete tasks
- Good Time Management
- Prior telemarketing skills is preferred
- Has basic computer skills in MS, especially Excel
- Degree or Diploma in business or engineering
- Able to read and communicate in English and Malay
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Good interpersonal and phone skills
- Fresh graduate with customer oriented personality are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and friendly character
- Consistent worker and management of assigned tasks and schedule
