Lucrative Basic Offer & Commission Scheme to industry top achievers!
- To promote CIMB Credit Card/Personal Loan/CashLite/Balance Conversion/Credit Limit Increase/Credit Protector or Life Insurance products to existing CIMB customers via telemarketing as per product assignment.
- To cross sell card second suitable product based on customer\'s need.
- To meet sales target and ensure 100% compliance at all time.
- To provide professional advice and workable resolution to customer\'s enquiries.
- To assist Team Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager on any ad-hoc requests.
- Preferable candidates specializing in Telemarketing/Telesales from Banking industry.
- Recognized Degree or Diploma in any disciplines/SPM holders with relevant experience/fresh graduates with the right determination, passion and drive will be considered.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin or any others 3rd language will be an added advantage.
- Posses the passion for sales and marketing.
- Excellent persuasion skills & target driven.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Able to cope well under pressure.
- Goal oriented and a strong team player.
- Ability to speak in Mandarin or any others 3rd language will be an added advantage computer literate.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
