To cross sell card second suitable product based on customer\'s need.
To meet sales target and ensure 100% compliance at all time.
To provide professional advice and workable resolution to customer\'s enquiries.
To assist Team Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager on any ad-hoc requests.

Job Requirement

Preferable candidates specializing in Telemarketing/Telesales from Banking industry.
Recognized Degree or Diploma in any disciplines/SPM holders with relevant experience/fresh graduates with the right determination, passion and drive will be considered.
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin or any others 3rd language will be an added advantage.
Posses the passion for sales and marketing.
Excellent persuasion skills & target driven.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Able to cope well under pressure.
Goal oriented and a strong team player.
Ability to speak in Mandarin or any others 3rd language will be an added advantage computer literate.
