Telemarketing Officer PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2Achieve sales target including cross-sell target of all assigned products. \xe2\x80\xa2Maintain good relationship with customers and high standard of service quality at all times. \xe2\x80\xa2Cold call the leads given by Team Sales Manager effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2Handle customer enquiries diligently and efficiently. \xe2\x80\xa2Identify, solicit and maintain new customer and referral base. \xe2\x80\xa2Comply strictly to CIMB bank\xe2\x80\x99s policies, including all compliance procedures and guidelines.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE \xe2\x80\xa2Academic Qualifications: Preferably degree / diploma, credit in SPM -English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics. \xe2\x80\xa2Experience: Relevant sales experience is preferred but not essential. Age below 35 years old. Demonstrate sales performance excellence and possess strong passion for sales.
