Position : Outbound/Inbound Customer Service/Telemarketing for Telco Product
Working Hour :Office Hour Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
Working Location: Bangsar
Job Scope :
- Cold calling people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations
- Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
- Using scripts to provide information about product\'s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- SPM Holder
- Good Malay and English communication skill
- Able to handle stress and pressure
- Good personality and attitude
- Can start immediately
