We are a dynamic sales and marketing company specializing in adult training and funded workshops in Singapore. We are expanding our operations and seeking a talented and driven Telemarketing Sales Executive to join our team in our new offshore office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Telemarketing Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in promoting our training programs and generating sales leads through outbound calls. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients in Singapore, effectively promoting our adult training programs.
• Develop a deep understanding of our training offerings to communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads by identifying and nurturing prospective clients.
• Effectively handle objections and concerns raised by potential customers to close sales or schedule follow-up appointments.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for potential customers.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone manner.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
• Fluency in English is essential

• Monday to Friday
