Job Description
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Promoting and encouraging good customer management practices / driving agents towards achieving set target and goals.
- Monitoring, organizing and coaching team on a day-to-day basis, includes call listening.
- Handle escalated calls, complaints, questions and queries as necessary.
- Document reports on each team member\'s performance and targets.
- Submit monthly scorecards for incentives purposes to Operations Manager.
- Basic salary range (RM 4,000 - RM5,000) + Performance Allowance
- Annual leave 16 days per annum*
- EPF, SOCSO and EIS
- Working day : Monday - Friday.
- Working hour: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
