Job Description
MohonKelayakanJob Role: Food Delivery Service Sales - Teammate Sales (4 months Contractual)Work Schedule:
- Day shift only (9hrs from 10am -10pm)
- 5 days per week (off day not guaranteed weekend)
- 8 working hour+1 hour lunch break per day
- Handling inbound and/or outbound calls.
- Providing accurate and timely responses to inquiries via email and live chat support channels.
- Filtering content on the client's website.
- Performing data and research functions.
- Offering support using basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Managing and resolving customer complaints.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues.
- Routing calls to the appropriate resource when necessary.
- Documenting all customer interactions in compliance with standard operating procedures.
- 5 days working
- 1 month salary equivalent of bonus will be given (if completes all 4 months contract period)
- Free meal per day
