JOB DESCRIPTION To make outbound calls to existing and new customers, to ensure all data provided been contacted on a daily basis Promote and acquire customers for various types of personal loans from our direct and partner channel Collaborate with loan operations to provide all the required applications documents Follow up with customers to ensure they submit full documentation within the timeline Update the leads database and customer relationship management systems Adhere to KPKT Ministry regulations, policies and procedures at all times Continuously uphold integrity in all customer interactions To serve effectively and efficiently in meeting customer requirements REQUIREMENT Enthusiastic and self-motivated to earn more income. Daring, aggressive, result oriented, willing to accept challenges and a high achiever. Enjoy working over the telephone. Strong command of Malay (read, write, converse) and the ability to speak average English. Candidates fluent in Malay are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Malay speaking clients. Previous experiences selling financial / insurance products via telesales On-the-job training will be provided. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens. JOB REQUIREMENTS Good interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills. Must be well-versed in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Must be able to manage staff ethically and fairly while still being firm in enforcing the company rules. Must be able to effectively prioritize tasks. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to exercise critical thinking skills and sound judgment. Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree. 1 to 4 years of working experience. Applicable for Malaysian citizens only. Job Type: Part-Time. Salary: RM13.00 - RM20.00 per hour. COVID-19 considerations: All employees are required to wear a mask, hand sanitiser is provided, common surfaces are sanitized regularly, and have completed the COVID-19 vaccination with a booster dose.
