Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or equivalent
3 years' experience in selling scientific or medical products, preferably laboratory/ analytical equipment
Experience in doing tele-sales
Good communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Fluent in English

Responsibilities

Sell IKA products to customer, generate sales, leads & interest in IKA brand by digital channel.
Increase sales volume by achieving yearly target.
Expand customer base by acquire new customers and retain existing customers.
Identify potential customer by observe of competition of market, industries and segments.
Exchange/ report to the sales team by maintenance of customer data.
