Conduct 100% outbound calls to existing bank customers.
Promote and cross-sell financial products including credit card balance transfers and personal loans.
Maintain accurate call records and follow-up with customers when necessary.
Deliver high-quality customer engagement and meet performance targets.
Required to work on Malaysian public holidays (replacement leave provided).
Requirements:
Minimum education: SPM or equivalent.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
Open to fresh graduates with relevant experience (e.g., internship/part-time in customer service or promoter roles).
Mandarin-speaking fresh grads are preferred.
Experienced candidates are welcome, but please ensure valid reasons for leaving previous roles.
