Rockbell is expanding its team, and we are looking for a new candidate to join us on our journey! Rockbell is a software company with specific focus in commercial accounting systems, and we are looking for a dedicated Telemarketer (which could be YOU!) to ensure that we are able to provide support and assistance to our clientele subscribed to our products and services. As part of our team at Rockbell and Telemarketer, you will be:-

• Our first point of contact with customers and clients!;
• Marketing our products and services to a diverse group of small business owners and large corporations;
• Generating sales leads and attempting to close deals with potential clients;

Providing feedback on the most optimal marketing plans undertaken by Rockbell. We are looking for someone who (preferably) is:-

• Fluent in English (fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Cina is a bonus!);
• Candidates who have experience in telemarketing, cold calling, and telesales, or those that are interested in developing themselves in this area;
• Determined to develop a career in Telemarketing and Sales;
• A Degree or Diploma holder in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related fields;
• Experience in accounting and accounting software use is a bonus;
• Determined to professionally and personally improve themselves in an environment of growth;
• Dedicated to working with a team of diverse individuals!
