What we are looking for:

• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to influence potential customers and close sales.
• Good command of English and Mandarin is a must.
• Ability to handle rejection and persist in making calls to achieve sales objectives.
• Good organizational skills to manage call schedules, follow-ups, and customer information.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in scripts, products, or sales strategies.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct sales activities with integrity and adhere to ethical standards.

Tanggungjawab

• Initiate outbound calls to existing customers in Singapore and in Malaysia using a prepared sales script to cross sell additional services.
• Engage potential customers in a friendly and persuasive manner to understand their needs and introduce relevant services.
• Address customer concerns and objections, providing appropriate information and solutions to overcome resistance.
• Deliver compelling sales pitches and set up a meeting/e-meeting with a sales representative.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including details of conversations, sales, and follow-up activities, using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
