• Minimum SPM/Diploma required.
• At least 1-2 years of previous telesales experience is a must.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially over the phone.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, softphones, and online platforms for managing leads and tracking sales performance.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Make cold calls to potential customers in Australia to promote Menumiz solutions.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations to close deals.
• Manage and track leads using CRM and online platforms.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers, including feedback and sales progress.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve lead conversion.
• Handle follow-ups, queries, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to engage customers effectively.
• Must have excellent proficiency in English for job requirements.
