Job Description
Location: Puchong, Selangor
s:
- Daily call to the customer to follow up on sales orders and promotion announcement
- Follow up on any potential sales call via phone
- Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue
- Manage customer accounts by ensuring existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets concerning call volume and sales
- Answer questions about products or the Company
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Require minimum travelling as and when there is a sales objective involved
- Follow up on outstanding due and update payment paid with details to the finance department
- Other ad-hoc arrangements as and when required
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
- At least 1 year of experience in TeleMarketing is preferred.
- Preferred Languages: Mandarin, Bahasa
