Telesales Executive

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in telesales, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a telesales role, preferably in Healthcare industry Industry.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell AFYAA products.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
- Basic + commissions + group Incentives.
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS contributed.
- Training and development opportunities.
