Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain an updated database of customer information and call logs.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous communications to close sales.
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and improve sales strategies.
Provide feedback to management on customer trends, challenges, and opportunities.
