Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Update customer details and call outcomes in the system accurately.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain a good relationship with clients.
Comply with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.
Requirements:
Minimum
SPM / Diploma
or equivalent qualification.
Experience in telesales, banking, or financial services
is an added advantage.
Good communication and persuasive skills in
