Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Telesales Representative

to join our dynamic team. This is a yearly contract employment and it's renewable annually. If you are persuasive, confident on the phone, and enjoy achieving targets, we want to hear from you!

Location:

Tesla Cyberjaya

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Saturday: 9:00AM - 1:00PM

Basic Salary Range:

RM2,500 - RM3,000

(Base Salary + Attractive Commission Scheme)

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads Promote and sell products/services through effective communication Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Achieve individual and team sales targets Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in CRM Follow up with potential leads and build customer relationships Support management in any other sales or administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to handle rejection and remain positive Self-motivated and target-oriented Basic computer skills and familiarity with phone systems Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage) Preferable those who can start work within a week Must be willing to work at Cyberjaya

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or related field Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Familiar with CRM tools and call tracking systems
