Position: TeleSales / Telemarketing Executive
Salary: Basic RM1,700 - RM2,000 + Attractive Commission (1% - 2.5%, uncapped)
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Location: Sungai Tangkas, Kajang (light travel required)



We are seeking a motivated and results-driven TeleSales / Telemarketing Executive to join our client's dynamic sales team.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, have excellent communication skills, and are driven to achieve sales targets through proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities



1) Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
2) Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
3) Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
4) Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
5) Accurately record all customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the system.
6) Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
7) Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotional offers, and company updates.
8) Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
9) Provide excellent after-sales service and follow-ups to maintain customer trust.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications



1) Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
2) Experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
3) Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
4) Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings or training sessions.
