Kelayakan
- Must possess at least a SPM/STPM or Diploma holder
- Preferably, have min. 1 year experience in telesales/telemarketing; contact centre experience
- Good command in ENGLISH & BAHASA MALAYSIA (Spoken & written)
- Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Pleasant personality and able to handle stress
- Pass pre-phone interview
- Training will be provided
- To make outbound calls to all potential prospects
- Persuade potential customers to purchase a product or services
- Explain product or services in detailed by following a prepared script of product reference information
- Maintain operations by following policies & procedures
- Answer inquiries from customers related to sales presentation
- To meet sales target consistently based on the project assigned
- Monday - Friday (Saturday may need to work)
- 10am - 7pm @ 9am- 6pm
- May work on weekends sometimes depending on campaign/ operation
- Got rest days but not fixed days
Manfaat
Remunerations:
RM 2150 per month (Basic) * Allowances (Performance, Shift, Overtime, Bonus, EPF/ SOCSO, EIS etc\xe2\x80\xa6)
