Chrisjac is currently seeking individuals who are interested in office administration temporary role for an established group of companies based at city center in Kuala Lumpur. Basic job function: This junior position would be responsible for record keeping tasks and filling of documents, completing paperwork and clerical duties. Some of job duties would include:
Responsible for daily processing of incoming and outgoing mail, all photocopy work and all mail distribution.
Responsible for filing or attaching mail.
Responsible for file pulls as redirected by immediate supervisor.
Responsible for maintenance of all files, replacing old files.
Responsible for returning all files to the respective file shelves.
Perform data entry tasks when required.
Maintenance of records and filling activities.
The candidate
Malaysian male or female; age between 20-30.
Qualification: SPM or Diploma.
1-2 years of work experience in office administration and filing maintenance system.
Good computer and data entry skills.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Must be willing to work on temporary basis for at least 6 months.
