Temporary Project Support (3 Weeks)
Project Overview
We are looking for 3 temporary resources to support a special project for the Sydney office. This is a short-term, on-site assignment with training provided.
Project Details
Duration: 27 January 2026 - 13 February 2026 (3 weeks)
Working Hours:
Australia working hours - 5:45 AM to 2:45 PM (MY time)
Work Arrangement:
On-site at Menara Symphony, Section 13, Petaling Jaya
Key Responsibilities
- Support client servicing activities for the Sydney office
- Perform data validation tasks (training will be provided)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in English
- Support ad-hoc tasks related to the project as required
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) - primary requirement
- Good client servicing skills
- Basic data validation or administrative experience is an advantage
- Able to commit fully to early working hours and the full project duration
- Open to on-site work in Petaling Jaya
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Basic Salary: RM4,500
(Salary will be prorated based on the 3-week engagement)
Public Holiday Pay:
Public holiday rate applies on 2 February 2026, as candidates will be supporting the Australian office.
- Training will be provided for data validation tasks
Additional Notes
Candidates with excellent English proficiency will be prioritized over those with prior data validation experience.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
