Responsibilities:

• The owner of the Eperolehan system - system expert for tender and non tender deals, payment system, documentations
• Daily checks on the new announcements for projects/tenders by different ministries
• Handling of the tender submission from start to end e.g working closely with the internal groceries team on sourcing of items for groceries (dry/fresh produce) according to each tender specifications, attending the government brief for each tender, managing and planning the schedules and processes for the deliveries of these items for the duration of the tender contracts, working out the best pricing bid alongside fluctuations that may occur during the tenure of tenders
• Working closely with finance on each tender\'s financial approvals, ensuring criterias as such as vaccinations of the food handlers/riders involved, other adhoc issues that may arise based on tender type
• Ensuring all documentations and policies are intact and within datelines for the gov projects
• Pantry Project manager - closely working with HOD, vendor management with groceries, material/marketing/planning/strategies, sales monitoring/achievement for the wholesale pantry business with Sales and AM leads for both internal and external vendors/suppliers
• Subscription Management - closely working with HOD, local subscription lead and APAC team to manage changes/implementations for product, marketing, promotions, strategy roll outs, weekly sales monitoring in SF/ sheet with sales/AM leads for onboarding/offboarding dates every month, managing the prepayment/FOC/postpayment list with finance
• Assist HOD and Sales Lead in execution of other government related projects and CSR, event planning with goverment, rapport building with ministries

• At least 3 years in dealing with the public market/Gov in Malaysia
• Proven B2B account management experience would be an advantage, preferably within the areas of major corporates in the banking, e commerce, oil and gas, construction, government bodies
• Able to multi-task
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, back end systems, vendor management
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company\'s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, target oriented
• Team player with good time-management skills
