Job Description

s:
1) Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission document in relation to tender / bidding activities, tender questionnaire.
2) Organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tender / bidding activities and contract review.
3) Collate tender information and references from various sources such as online, pass record which are needed for submission.
4) Monitor and ensure tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions.
5) Preparation of contract, project estimate and tender, monitoring estimates including Bills of Quantities.

Job Requirements:
1) Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies, Administration / Management / Marketing / Finance/ Accounting or any equivalent.
2) Minimum two (2) years of working experience in related industry.
3) Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Words and Power Point.
4) Good communication and negotiation skills.
5) Able to work independently and resourceful to resolve any ad-hoc requirement/issue.
6) Experience in Telco industry would be an added advantage.
