Duties include receiving and placing telephone calls To attend customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries, provide support and also co-ordinate daily operation task Analyze, clarify and advise customers on problems and queries relating to operational procedures and problems relating to the product Provide accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds the customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectations Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism Performs data entry and uses software programs Telephone or email to respond / follow up on initial interactions Present daily / weekly reports and other related performance feedback QC terminal EDCPOS and ECPOS upon installation, maintenance and removal Work closely with other team members to ensure objectives are met Any other tasks as may be assigned by superior from time-to-time.
