Job Description
Required Skill(s): 3+ years of hands-on experience in semiconductor test engineering preferably testing IO, Std. Cell and SRAM. Experienced in high speed testing of analog and RFIC circuits using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, micro-probing and other semiconductor test lab instruments. LabView skill is highly preferred but not necessary. Programming/scripting languages (C/C++, Python, Perl) are desired. Education: BS/MS degree in EE , Physics, CS or other related fields Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Benefits:
