Job Objectives Overall lead in Photonics and Electronics ATE System for Camera Sensor, Power Amplifier, MOSFET, IGBT and RF and Module Burn-In products. Job Responsibilities Technical lead in ATE application hardware, software architecture, object orientated modules and test sequence design based on specification and test plan from customer requirement. Manage group of engineers, customer, cross-functional team and supplier to ensure timely delivery of projects. Responsible for the transfer of customer requirement into overall ATE design, software and hardware architecture, test methodology and test sequence. Responsible for the ATE system performance, defects, failure and able to handler internal or customer escalation by providing effective solution to resolve any issue that arise. Oversee product evaluation, research, experiment, prototyping, proof of concept and data analysis to determine cause effect of issue and to provide solution. Lead ATE troubleshooting activities, design issues and provide corrective action after completion of failure analysis. Manage, supervise, set clear objectives and assign tasks to engineers in the section. Oversee supply chain for standard part purchase, cost control, equipment, system and accessories. Lead the evaluation process, research, experiment, prototyping, proof of concept and data analysis to determine cause effect of issue and to provide solution. Responsible for the resource management and planning to ensure smooth operation of project development in the section. Authorities Department workforce, workflows, processes, product design and development program. Resources management, project management, risk management, and performance management. Qualifications Bachelor or Master Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent. Experience Experience and directly involve in software and hardware design projects. Experience in good development practices, project management and planning. Experience in managing and supervising cross-functional technical teams. Familiar with ATE hardware, PCB and test instruments capability. 6-10 years of working experience in related field Skills Strong in verbal and written communication skill. Good analytical, decision making and effective problem-solving skills. Motivated, growth mindset and with positive attitude. Applicant must be willing to work in Penang and travel on assignment.
