Job Scope / Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and improve product testing processes to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards. Operate and maintain test equipment, jigs, and measurement tools. Analyze and interpret test data to identify potential issues or improvements. Work closely with QA, Production, and R&D teams to troubleshoot and resolve test failures. Participate in developing test procedures and validation plans for new products. Support internal and external audits by providing test-related documentation. Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures during all testing activities.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.

2-3 years of hands-on experience in Electrical / Machine Setup / Troubleshooting

Knowledge of measurement equipment, testing standards, and troubleshooting techniques. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability. Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Able to work under minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.
