Job Responsibilities
Lead instrument test transfer and validation activities, including all tasks related to production transfer.
Troubleshoot and repair production non-conformities; support root cause analysis and ensure production plan attainment.
Validate and release test programs, test procedures, and related documentation.
Build, configure, and maintain the production test environment (fixtures, instruments, test stations).
Perform after-sales repair for returned or defective units and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering/Science (Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related fields) with 5+ years of testing experience.
Strong hands-on skills in test bring-up, debugging, and data analysis, with proficiency in relevant programming or software tools used in test engineering.
Continuous-improvement mindset; able to independently prepare test reports, improvement summaries, and implement process/test optimizations.
Proficient in using test and measurement instruments; basic competency in electro-mechanical/circuit maintenance and improvements.
Fast learner with strong communication skills and good cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Accountable, proactive, and passionate about work; experience in instrumentation-related industries is an added advantage.
A team player with resilience and the ability to work under pressure.
