Job Description
Primary Function:
Responsible for the maintenance of all Test operations and other supporting equipment which related to Test process operations.
Principal Responsibilities
:Responsible to maintain all Test process operations up time to meet the targeted UPH and production schedule.
Test equipment includes: Testers, handlers, Vision, Tape and Reel etc
Responsible to supervise Engineer/AE/TS/Tech in maintaining and improving machine reliability and up time. Experience on MOSFET/IC/TRIAC device testing As a key person to procure and buy-off new Test equipment Test program and test process control and define manufacturing process. Continuously working together with Product Engineering group to improve on process related. Wide experience on packing material and barcode labeling tools Wide experience on AOI and Device package measurement. Able to perform test analysis, Test reject pareto. Experience in analysis tools MATHLAB, JMP tools Experience on Microsoft word, Excel, Office Able to speak and write in mandarin.
Minimum Qualification
:Degree in Electrical/Electrical Engineering or any others related field

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,925.11 per month
