Location : Lot 10, Subang Hi-Tech, Shah Alam Possess own transport Local/ Malaysian Responsibilities \xc2\xa7 Understand business needs, gathering and defining detailed test cases that serve the project testing requirements with attention to details and translating it to SIT & UAT scopes. \xc2\xa7 You are required to deliver service requests based on the committed timeline with quality assured by understanding the business needs, detailed requirements and design review to define the scope of user acceptance test within the context of each delivery. \xc2\xa7 Develop test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to products & services quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan. And, continue to work with various business stakeholders to improve customer\xe2\x80\x99s experience of products/services launched. \xc2\xa7 Work with developer to explore test automation. \xc2\xa7 Work with cross platform team to prepare the test data needed for testing. \xc2\xa7 Work with platform owner to report testing progress, defects and share the information into defect triage. \xc2\xa7 Responsible to carry out step by step User Acceptance Test (UAT) as per the test plan with highest quality assurance for optimum customer experience before new product roll out. \xc2\xa7 Work with the cross-functional teams to roll out new products on a timely manner. Key parties you would work with would include but not limited to Marketing, Customer Service, Technology and Finance. \xc2\xa7 You are responsible to adhere the way of work in service requests processes, test cases documents and all processes for testing as per standards defined. \xc2\xa7 Your responsibility will also include prepare the report of service requests activities like weekly service request updates, test results, defects discovered and their status. \xc2\xa7 Report to Supervisor on service requests deliveries and testing status and other day-to-day tasks. \xc2\xa7 You are required to drive improvement initiatives to improve way of work within the department and cross department. Qualifications \xc2\xa7 Minimum Diploma in Information Technology/Telecommunications/Marketing or equivalent. \xc2\xa7 Good communication, interpersonal and project management skills. \xc2\xa7 Added advantage if possess coding/scripting knowledge or experience. \xc2\xa7 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years of testing experience would be an added advantage. Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Benefits:
